Base rates by season and day of week
Nightly rates for up to two guests. Set each year separately; event premiums and custom date prices are added separately.
Rates with markup
Estimated nightly prices for the selected year using the chosen increase. This comparison does not change your saved rates.
The year tabs above update both rate tables.
Key dates · four-year view
Current nightly rate and optional minimum nights for each key date. Change the fields you need, then save. These date-specific settings replace that night’s usual seasonal rate or check-in minimum.

Reservation rules
These settings apply to new quotes and reservations. Existing reservations keep the terms and price they were given.
Guest review figures
These values appear in the public guest-review cards. Keep them aligned with the current platform listings.
Automated email settings
These addresses are used for inquiries and reservation confirmations. API keys stay in protected hosting secrets.
Website activity
Visits, unique visitors, popular pages, referring domains, device types, U.S. states, and reservation steps for the last 30 days. Existing activity has been cleared because it was your testing traffic. Future counts expire after 90 days.
Unique visitors are counted by a random browser ID. Daily totals use Eastern time. “Direct” means the browser didn’t provide a referring domain; links and privacy settings can hide that information. Cloudflare supplies U.S. state codes for aggregate reporting. IP addresses and countries are not stored in activity records.

Incomplete checkouts
Contact and stay details are saved when a guest continues from the reservation details form. They are removed after 30 days or when that reservation succeeds.
Change admin password
Choose a password you can remember. It is stored as a salted password hash, and you can keep using the current session after changing it.
